How are patients selected?

Dr. Bradley’s care team nominates our patients and draws a winner each month. 

You can earn a nomination in 4 steps:

1. Go to your appointments on time.
2. Brush your teeth well!
3. Take care of your dental devices (no breakages).
4. Wear your rubber bands (elastics) as prescribed.
